The rooms were a very good size, Lots of space. Everything was cleaned daily and spotless. Great position, in the centre, there are bars, restaurants, ice cream shops and supermarket within 2 minute walk. Beds were comfortable. Great shower and bathrooms. We had tea and coffee machine. hair dryer. Good size tv, good air-conditioning. Excellent communication with the owner. Potenza is a good place to stop or visit for few days. We would stay again if in the area.
Everything was good. Keep in mind there are a small flight of steep steps to go up if you are carrying heavy suit cases, but it wasn’t a problem at all.

Ambiente straordinariamente accogliente e confortevole, arredato con pregevole ricercatezza. Staff estremamente disponibile. Mi hanno anche rispedito il caricabatterie dimenticato in camera…
Peccato per la prima colazione non prevista. Qualche difficoltà nella ricerca di un parcheggio sulle strisce blu (incluso nel prezzo).
