The location was second to none! The suite is in the heart of Florence and we were easily able to explore by foot from there. The suite itself is modern and functional. Such an interesting layout reminiscent of a bygone era with high ceilings and charming shuttered huge windows... no view though.
There seemed to be a disconnect between the owner and the management company. The owner texted me that the room was ready upon our arrival at about 1300. However, the door code did not work until 1500. This was confusing and uncomfortable as we had to wait on the doorstep for 2 hours.
The kitchen was lacking. It would have been nice to have a few more supplies.

Location is perfect, center of the old city, couple of steps from Basilica, which can be seen from almost anywhere in Florence.
Bed was very good, but only 1 flat pillow for each person.
Internet was great.
Kitchen is abominable, it seems it was made from an old small passageway that cleaners used, very strange, 2 coridors and 3 step far from the living room.
TV has only italian channels.
In the main room, there are 2 sets of steps leading towards the wall in direction of the street, it seemes it was walled off, and there are 3 outside doors from which 2 have been walled off and made cabinets,, so there is a lingering feeling that you are outside when you are inside.
