Hotel San Román ⋆⋆⋆

We reserved these rooms last minute when a flight was canceled and really didn't know what to expect. When we arrived, the woman at the front desk was wonderful! Very patient since we didn't speak Spanish, very helpful and accommodating. She personally made our breakfast and called to check on our pre-arranged taxi without before we even thought to ask. The traffic in the area is crazy busy, but the room was quiet. It was plain but clean and roomy. A very good value.

No heat. But plenty of blankets! No elevator. But we managed.

La amabilidad del personal que atiende y la ubicación.

Que solicité hotel con cochera, porque asi lo indicaba en la página, pero al llegar al hotel me indican que no tenian cochera. Al día siguiente me dijeron que conseguirían y que vaya antes de las 8pm, fuí y me indican que tampoco tienen cochera. En cuanto a la iluminación de la habitación, era muy fuerte y solo tenía un foco, mi pareja tuvo que taparse toda para poder descansar, ya que yo tenía que trabajar mas tiempo en la habitación.

Que el mapa apunta al otro extremo de la ciudad y cuando le comenté a la Srta solo dijo “cierto está mal”
