Propriedade impecável. Localizada a alguns passos da praia, a poucos metros do acesso alternativo de pedestres para rua das lojinhas/restaurantes (Av. Antonio Carlos Magalhães) e para o Projeto Tamar. A praia em frente tem a barraca do Piula (drinks, sucos, cadeiras e guarda sol) e ambulantes. Mesmo assim, é bem mais tranquila que a Praia do Lord e mantida limpíssima com a colaboração dos locais. Além disso, as piscinas naturais permitem ver muita vida marinha na maré baixa, ou tartarugas vindo se alimentar na maré alta. O condomínio fica próximo de um mercado com bastante variedade. Camas, lençóis, toalhas, utensílios de cozinha, piscina, decoração... tudo pensado com cuidado e atenção aos detalhes. Tem vista para o mar no quarto de fundos e até disponibilizam toalhas de praia. Adoramos! Éramos uma família de 6 pessoas e ficamos muito bem acomodados.
Precisa fixar as portas do quadro de luz para evitar risco de queda. Geladeira está levemente inclinada para frente, sendo necessário empurrar a porta pra fechar bem. Janela da varanda na suíte com vista mar está pesada para abrir.
