About this house rental
Beautiful home decorated with 310 square meters of built area, located in the condominium Aldeia dos Pescadores, 24 hour security. Condominium has gate that gives access to the village, near the beach and the Tamar project, 5 minutes walk to village, beach and supermarket.
House is facing east, with many windows and shutters, allowing air circulation, garage for 1 car and two independent entrances. Beautiful garden, rustic decor provides a pleasant holiday climate and rest. Lounge Lounge with 42-inch television, Wi-Fi, sofas and chairs accommodating 10 people. Dining room with table that seats 08 people, equipped kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, stove and two ovens, laundry area with washing machine, ironing board and iron. One suite on the ground floor and 3 upstairs suites. Cabinets and curtains in all suites, split air conditioning, maid's quarters and bathroom off the house. Swimming pool with a 13 meter streak, gourmet Pergolado with barbecue and sink, swimming pool furniture, tables, chairs and sun loungers. Reserve tank of 8 thousand liters in case of lack of water in Praia do Forte. Included bed linen, bath and gardener services and swimming pool (depending on the value set).
Wood and cement were the materials used by the architect David Bastos, who considered them ideal for a beach house.

This house is absolutely lovely. It is spotless and everything is in perfect condition. Everything was provided, including even a wide array of spices and condiments for the kitchen. I highly recommend this property for your vacation stay, and for a small additional consideration you have the services of the outstanding housekeeper Robert who cooks like a dream. The owner speaks perfect English and personally met us at the property and helped us settle in. The final act of perfection occurred when we forgot some items of clothing in a bedroom, and the owner mailed it thousands of miles right to our very doorstep.

Bart's house is fantastic!
Bart and his wife were the most lovely hosts we had during our holidays in Brazil!
He welcomed us and explained everything about the house and gave us nice tips about restaurants ;)
The house is perfectly located in a very safe area.
It is spacious and all rooms are soon comfortable!
Big up for the amazing barbecue outside.
You should definitely spot at Bart's house if you ever come to Praia do Forte!
