Good location and room is spacious. Parking is also available for free. I’ll certainly be back if gg to Phillip island.

A great location to visit penguin parade. Motel is a little tired, but it was clean and comfortable.

The room is great for the price you paid. The staff is friendly, helpful and the room comes fully-equipped with basic amenities for 1-night stay. The only thing I can nitpick about is the building that we stayed which is a bit tired and not very soundproof.

My personal view of this property is average. On the positive side, thanks to Pauline for the guidance to the local attractions. The motel is also in a great location, just a 3 to 5-minute drive to the center of Cowes. However, we faced several issues during our stay: Poor Cleanliness: The toilet bowl was extremely dirty. There was noticeable dust and hair under the toilet seat plate. I actually had to clean up hair left behind by previous (or previous and previous) guests🥴 No Hot Water: There was no hot water for a shower at night🥶 Checkout Deposit Delays: I mentioned during check-in that Seaxxxx motel didn't collect a deposit, however the staff insisted on taking one anyway. I told them we would be checking out at 10:00 AM, but we had to wait at the reception for 30 minutes just to get our deposit refunded. I am not sure why this place has higher ratings based on our experience.
