    I was travelling with my daughter whom visits Cowes occasionally for her work. I went along for company & enjoyment, & wanted my own room. I currently have a leg injury & requested a ground floor room with ocean view if possible. The room was well appointed on ground floor & lovely ocean view. I am grateful of the staff accommodating my request & truly enjoyed my 1 night stay. Hope to return again in the future. Thankyou Tessa

    Reception was closed upon arrival at night with no instruction for check-in if arriving late. And with the darkness, visibility on directions to the reception was also poor. Had to intentionally purchase international roaming IDD to attempt to call the number pasted at the reception which nobody picked up. A staffer was playing pool in the closed and locked bar area which we tried waving to get attention to our relief. Had we arrived any later that day (10pm), we may not have been so lucky i guess
