So glad to come back this place; high standard on cleanliness; spacious room with lovely decors; the comfortable beds and quiet area plus tea, coffee provided made us feel just like home. Thank you very much!

Nothing just need money and time to come back to stay here more often.

Everything was clean and tidy. Lots of facilities and loved the location

I am afraid it was in housing estate which was a little run down but everyone was so friendly so didn’t really matter.

The house was very clean and well maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. Having parking available was extremely important for us, and this was a great advantage. The location was also very convenient, with a bus stop and a Tesco supermarket right next to the property, making getting around and picking up essentials very easy. The property owner was exceptionally accommodating, kindly allowing us to park at the property before check-in, which we greatly appreciated. They were also very responsive to our messages and requests. The thoughtful welcome touches, including biscuits, chocolates, and other treats, were a lovely surprise and made us feel very welcome. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, with a large, cosy living room and an impressive, generously sized TV. The kitchen was fully equipped; although we didn’t make full use of the facilities during our stay, the coffee machine was particularly appreciated.

Although the flat was generally clean, there were some noticeable stains on the sofas, doors, and ceiling, which suggested that some of the furniture could benefit from replacement and that the property would benefit from a fresh coat of paint. There were also a few finishing issues throughout the house, including older doors that were noisy and, at times, difficult to open or close. Unfortunately, the upstairs toilet was overflowing during our stay, which meant we had to rely solely on the downstairs toilet. In addition, there were a few comfort-related issues in the bedrooms: in one room, the radiator could not be controlled and was constantly on, making the room uncomfortably warm; in the adjacent room, there were no blinds or curtains, so the early morning light disrupted sleep; and in the third room, we were unable to work out how to operate the roller blind. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and appreciated the space, location, and host’s responsiveness. However, we did feel that the property was relatively expensive for what it currently offers, and addressing the points above would significantly enhance the overall experience.

house was not ready until after 5pm as it was still being cleaned…front door made me feel so anxious it really wasn’t safety secure…car parking…there is 1 space! poor communication or lack of communication from host- I had to ring several times to get key to get in and we were kept waiting for hours!! house has damp and very poorly finished with exposed wiring in the kitchen etc…
