Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, sehr strandnah und ausgesprochen sauber. Die Gastgeberin war super lieb und herzlich. Besonders gefallen hat mir die tolle Terrasse mit einem wunderschönen Panoramablick. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Bedenken sollte man, dass je nach Ankunftszeit vor Ort zunächst keine Verpflegun im Apartment vorhanden sind.

The apartment has an excellent sea view and a great location, but unfortunately our stay was affected by several issues.

On the second day of our stay, after heavy rain started, water began leaking from the bedroom ceiling. We contacted the staff, who were helpful and moved us to another room for one night as it was available. We then returned to our apartment, but a few days later the same issue occurred again. We had seen workers going onto the roof and assumed the problem had been fixed, so this was quite disappointing. We stayed in Apartment No. 1, which offers one of the best sea views but is also the closest to the road. The soundproofing appeared to be quite poor. We could clearly hear traffic, and during rainy and windy weather the noise from the wind was very noticeable inside the apartment. Another surprising aspect was the complete absence of basic kitchen supplies. There was no sponge, dishwashing liquid, kitchen towel, salt, or any other basic consumables. In an aparthotel, it would be helpful to provide at least a few essentials. It also seems wasteful that each guest has to buy the same items during their stay when some could potentially be reused by future guests. We were also surprised to discover that the washing machine was not free to use and required payment (€5 per wash). This information was not particularly clear, and it was not obvious how to obtain the required ticket or access. Since there is no reception or staff permanently on site, any questions had to be handled via WhatsApp with the staff member who gave us the keys, which was not always convenient. In addition, obtaining an iron was not straightforward and required extra communication with staff. These may seem like small details individually, but together they contributed to a less comfortable experience. Overall, the view was beautiful, but the water leak, noise insulation issues negatively affected our experience.

Incantevole struttura, pace e tranquillità. Con uno staff e la proprietaria Pasqualina che ci hanno accolti e fatti sentire a casa. I luoghi e le persone come questi non sono solo vacanze ma anche veri ricordi che rimangono nel cuore.

We like that it’s close to the beach, spacious and it has a great view.
