Hotel Alexander

The hospitality and helpfulness of the hosts—an elderly couple—in addressing various matters deserve the highest praise. The location is ideal for a peaceful getaway away from tourist crowds. The sea and beaches are magnificent. I would love to return here.

Nothing

Ввічливий господар, чиста білизна, всі зручності присутні

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed daily, which we really appreciated. Everything was very clean, and all the staff were polite, kind and accommodating throughout our stay. When we arrived, they had also left us a bottle of water with two glasses in the room, which was such a simple but very refreshing touch after coming in from the heat. The owners were also very thoughtful and let us borrow a beach umbrella every day. One thing that confused us before arriving was breakfast. From some previous reviews, I had understood that breakfast was available, but during our stay it was not offered, so it may be useful to check this in advance. The location is very good for the beaches. La Scalea beach is only about a 5-minute walk away, and Riaci beach around 10–15 minutes on foot. Tropea is a little further: around 30 minutes walking, but only about 3 minutes by train. Just keep in mind that trains to Tropea are not very frequent and can be around 2–3 hours apart, so it is important to check the timetable in advance. We also did not find a regular bus connection to Tropea. Overall, we had a very good experience and especially appreciated the cleanliness, the kindness of the staff and the proximity to some beautiful beaches.

The only inconvenience we experienced was one night when there was no hot/warm water, although on all the other days it worked normally.

Dobra klima.

Ten niby Ogródek nie istnieje mędrcem nieczynny syf. Bardzo stary hotel a w miarę czysty . Ale dzrzei go kabiny nie wiem kiedy były odkamieniane. Tak to czysto. PRL w pokoju nie ma podstaw. Czajnika i filiżanki i wody powitalnej naprawdę przydatnej.. do plaży owszem blisko . Zejdzie się sle x wejściem masakra . Chodziłam dalej z 20 min od hotelu pieszo.
