Nous avons récupéré très facilement les clés dans une boîte externe en bas de l'immeuble. Nous avons dû réclamé le petit déjeuner qui était compris dans la prestation, cela a été vite réparé, avec une grande gentillesse du propriétaire.
Nous avons apprécié surtout la communication pour nous permettre d'apprécier notre séjour : indications complémentaires sur le logement, informations sur les sorties avec des propositions de visites, un chauffeur, un guide ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable et confortable.
Les lampes de chevet ne fonctionnaient pas, pour allumer la gazinière il n'y avait qu'un briquet, ce qui n'était pas pratique, nous nous sommes brulées. le système d'eau chaude dans les 2 salles de bain est un peu compliqué et nous avons fini le séjour à l'eau froide. Par ailleurs la 3ème chambre est à l'étage avec un escalier un peu raide qui n'est pas adapté à des personnes séniors. Mais sans doute très bien pour des familles avec enfants.

Our host was very responsive, always ready to answer any questions and offer suggestions for restaurants nearby. The flat is located in Naples City Center, so it is conveniently located to two Metro stops, Piazza Cavour and Museo metro and very close to a busy nighlife with lots of restaurants and locals. The flat was well equiped with snacks, coffee, ironing board and free WiFi. We had no issues during our stay and the room was perfect for 9 guests with enough beds for everyone and two bathrooms.
At first, the neighborhood can seem a little intimidating with the busy traffic, scooter riders, and young people, but as long as you stay out of the way of traffic, you will enjoy your stay here. There are several flights of stairs to the flat which can be an issue for older guests. Naples has a lot to offer when it comes to food, shopping and hospitality in general, so if you focus on the positives, you will have a great time.

The apartment is cozy and clean, well equipped. Location is great - everything is quickly reachable on foot or there's a train/metro/ bus stop right across the street. Shops and cafe's just around the corner as well as some nice restaurants. Was perfect for our stay (4 adults)

Good location, close to the historical center
We found the apartment dirty, we had to make the beds ourselves. One of the beds had a broken frame on the canopy, which was a risk of injury! There was washing machine still working and full of laundry when we arrived (don't know what we supposed to do with that). Don't expect much from breakfast, it's just biscuits.
