- ubicazione perfetta per godersi Napoli, vicinissimo alla fermata di metro Duomo - gestore/proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile tutto il tempo - pulizia perfetta, con cambio di asciugamani per soggiorni di qualche giorno - cucina equipaggiata nel caso di viaggio con bambini - raccomandabile al 100%

Great apartment, facilities and location. Antonio was helpful.
We stayed just one night- Unfortunately the air conditioning was not adequate. It was extremely uncomfortable bordering on unsafe. We reported this problem to Antonio in the morning and he was very apologetic and acted quickly to get a technician to look at it. We were told that we had not been using it correctly - although we have not had this problem with other air conditioning units. We had even consulted the user guide for this model online and followed the instructions to try and bring down the temperature quickly. I would say that the air conditioning is not at all powerful enough for the extreme heat we now experience. If specific instructions are necessary then they need to be made available to guests.
