시설이 아주 좋습니다. 5성급 고급시설입니다. 방도 넓고 깨끗하고 침대도 아주 좋아요. 넷플릭스, 유튜브 나옵니다. 조식 훌륭하구요. 카페에 미술관 그림도 많이 있어요. 에코랜드 호수길에서 아침 산책도 가능합니다. 에코랜드 50% 할인권 줍니다. 에코랜드는 산책하기 아주 좋아요.
욕실바닥이 대리석이어서 조금 미끄러워 조심해야해요.

욕실 욕조에 샤워커튼이 없고 바닥은 대리석 재질이라 물이 많이 튀어 매우 위험합니다 노인들이나 어린이 사고 위험이 있으니 조치 필요할듯합니다. 가족여행객 분들께 꼭 추천ㄷ
이거 싶은 호텔인데 바로 이 문제 때문에 무슨 사고라도 당하실까 주저되어 추천을 못하겠습니다.

La chambre était plutôt belle et confortable, L'hôtel possède divers services si besoin, le petit déjeuné était varié et de qualité.
La climatisation ne pouvait pas être réglée en dessous de 25 degrés !

직원들이 전체적으로 친절한게 첫번째로 좋았어요 저희 부부는 둘 다 수영하는것을 좋아해서 넓은 인티니트풀이 있는것을 보고 예약했는데 실제로 가보니 넓고 물 온도도 적당한 인피니트풀에서 놀수있어서 좋았습니다.
첫번째로 인피니트풀을 보고 갔기에 물속에서 많이 놀았는데 수질이 좀 아쉬웠어요 인피니트풀이 넓고 잘되어있었지만 물은 깨끗하다는 느낌을 못받았어요. 가운데 자쿠지같은게 활용되지 못한거도 조금 아쉬웠고 주변 먹을곳을 가려면 무조건 차를 타야는데 편의점이 너무 비싼가격으로 되어었어서 아쉬웠습니다
