Great apartment with everything we needed

We had excellent instructions about the apartment, where we could park and we managed to find a space just round the corner. There was only a small parking charge. It was a cold evening when we arrived in Melun and when we went into the apartment it was lovely and warm. The apartment had everything we needed and was convenient to the railway station. The surrounding area was very quiet and there was no noise from other apartments. It was a few minutes walk to find a good restaurant to eat but there is plenty of choice. We had a lovely weekend and Melun was a good location to be able to travel to see family who live nearby.

Nothing much, but could do with a couple of new saucepans and renewal of the seal inside the shower.

Worth the money.

It is located well and it was very comfortable. The living room is beautiful and as the pictures. For this price it was excellent for our group.

The only problem we had: the temperature of the shower. Once it was very cold, once very hot. The regulation could be better.

Everything was good.the kitchen the bedrooms were clean and fantestic. The location is great. Just 2 minute walk from main train station.

The toilet has no proper privacy. The door was bugy. It would be great if replaced. Rest all good.

Had a great time!!

Conveniently located by the train station in a quiet neighborhood. The flat has all required amenities for a comfortable stay. We stayed for 4 nights with our two adult children and we were very pleased. The flat was clean when we received it with clear explanations as to how to enter and what is expected. The owner was accommodating of our earlier arrival.

We liked the apartment as it was just the right size for our family of 5. The apartment was also pretty and welcoming, it looked well refurnished and it also kept the simple traditional style of the area. The owner was very kind and answered all of our questions. Also, the train station and busses are nearby so it was easy for us to get around without any issues.

The only thing I didn't like was that the separated toilet was not very spacious and the door didn't close very well so the members in our family didn't have much privacy.

La prévenance de notre hôte, qui s'est mis plusieurs fois en relation avec nous. L'aspect moderne et confortable de l'appartement, le calme : malgré la gare proche (pratique pour les déplacements), on n'entendait rien.

J'ai utilisé le canapé-lit qui était un peu dur. Et la porte coulissante des toilettes est moins propice à l'intimité.

Le gros plus en période de grosses chaleur: ventilos dans toutes les pièces Appartement calme, grand, très agréable, avec beaucoup de placards et de rangements. Super communication en aval et en amont. Top.

Oui... mais non

L'emplacement : idéalement situé. À 28 mn en train direct de la Gare de Lyon. Le calme et le silence des chambres La propreté Je suis très critique sur quelques aspects mais bon ... l'appartement fait le job et ce n'est pas si mal Ce qui vient ensuite doit être signalé parce que c'est anormal....

J'aurais aimé un accueil avec un interlocuteur présent qui nous introduit dans l'appartement. Là tout se fait par internet avec des instructions et des codes. C'est très impersonnel. Question de goût et de génération Mobilier propre mais un peu quelconque Les lits sont presque à même le sol. C'est très désagréable et peu pratique. Les oreillers sont trop durs ou trop gonflés L'une des deux chambres n'a RIEN pour suspendre les habits La télévision fonctionne mais ne diffuse AUCUNE chaîne. Le paramétrage avec la box était déficiant. Je suis resté 3 nuits. Les tentatives de dépannage se faisaient par SMS interposés. On me demande d'expliquer. Ce que j'ai fais avec force détails. On me demande d'envoyer des photos.... Là faut pas pousser : je suis en déplacement professionnel et j'ai autre chose à faire que résoudre un problème technique à la place de mon logeur. À tout le moins aurait-il dû se déplacer pour régler cette question dès le premier jour. C'est simple : il ne l'a pas réglé du tout un peu comme si seul lui importait que nous soyons dans les lieux et que son compte en banque ait été crédité. Je suis très déçu de ce comportement La douche : le bac de douche se remplit assez vite parce que l'évacuation est un peu bouchée. Très vite, de l'eau s'écoule sur le sol de la salle de bain et ça devient une minie piscine. Le fait que l'eau s'écoule mal depuis le bac de douche laisse penser que l'entretien est suivi de loin. Un peu comme l'accueil. Un peu comme la remise en marche de la télévision... Attention : l'appartement est au premier étage sans ascenseur Attention : la lumière des communs fonctionne à tous les étages mais ne peut pas être activée à l'étage de l'appartement. L'interrupteur est hors service. Vous serez obligé de descendre au rez-de-chaussée pour allumer la lumière des communs. Pas pratique du tout Et puis de manière générale aaah les communs de cet immeuble !
