I had a wonderful stay in this apartment, which was spotless clean, very well equipped, and just a throw away from the historic center. Breakfast is available in a cafe right next door, starting with 9 AM, for about 10 eur/person. Although we have not met in person, I had a perfect communication with the host, who was very hospitable. I very much look forward to return to this apartment in my future stays in Malaga.
The smell from the airfreshners was a bit intense, but this of course a minor issue, and cannot think of any other flaw.

Clean equipped shampoo/ conditioner . Coffee pods even a hair straightener! Laundry soap
5-10 min walk to center extremely convenient to tram to airport too.. 15 min walk
A little noise at night with restaurant near by but ear plugs were fine also u can hear tenants downstairs cooking and such but we didn’t mind
Great communication wi the host clear instructions
AC worked great bedroom and living room

This is the second time that I've stayed in this apartment and would go back again. Excellent communication with the host and straightforward checking in online. Perfect location and the apartment is clean and well equipped. Also nice and quiet at night. Good WiFi connection. Nice touches such as toiletries in the bathroom, coffee pods and teabags in the kitchen.
The empty lot adjacent to the building is a bit unsightly but don't let that put you off, as the apartment more than makes up for that.
