Super miejsce blisko przystanku tramwajowego dobry widok z okien, ze względu na piętro
Brudne naczynia były szminka do ust na szklankach, na początku myślałem że apartament będzie z balkonem

Lokalizacja, bardzo kontaktowi właściciele, miejsce w garażu, pachnąca pościel.
Mieszkanie jest podzielone na dwa pokoje do wynajęcia. Czuliśmy się nieswojo:-) Podłoga skrzypi, jest niedomyta. Brakuje naczyń, niektóre elementy lata świetności mają za sobą i wymagają wymiany.

naprawdę duży taras z ciekawym widokiem - nie balkon w balkon jak to zazwyczaj jest w blokowiskach. miejsce w garażu (podwójne) nawet wygodna rozkłada sofa chociaż nie wygląda na taką. w mieszkaniu było ciepło.
problematyczne ustawianie strumienia ciepłej wody pod prysznicem i ciśnienia. nieprzyjemny zapach w toalecie z rur. musiałem oczyścić zapchane sitko w umywalce. w apartamencie posprzątane po łebkach widać włosy i śmieci po poprzednich lokatorach. widać też że goście nie dbają o mienie np. uszkodzone ciężko zamykające się drzwi balkonowe luźny kran w zlewie. brakowało też płynu do naczyń . brak mebli na tarasie. potrzebowałem noclegu na jedną noc więc szło wytrzymać
