la limpieza y el estado de todo.

Creo que el equipamiento de limpieza es muy corto, solo dos toallas de ducha y dos de mano , aparte en cualquier apartamento en el que te alojes te ponen papel de cocina,por lo menos gel de ducha y solo había un rollo de papel higiénico y un trapo. Hemos estádo una semana entera,por lo tanto invitó al propietario a qué tenga en cuenta que el equipamiento va en base a los días que el cliente este alojado . Creo que por un poquito más y con esto que le estoy comentando la experiencia hubiera sido perfecta. De resto repito que todo muy bien.

For a couple like us, this was a clean, tidy, comfortable one bedroom apartment that suited our needs for six days of stay. Amenities are nearby, Wifi was excellent and didn’t flinch at all, hot water available all the time and two bicycles were a bonus. Bus stop is ten minutes walk, No 3 bus takes you to main resort of Puerto del Carmen and 161 will take you to Airport. Mind well, buses aren’t that punctual.

Only one toilet role provided, and two towels. Apartment is cleaned only before and after a guest stays, there is a charge of 60 euros if you need it cleaned during your stay. Washing machine is handy but didn’t work properly. Mosquitoes were a bit of an issue even if weather was dry. If you have walking difficulties or for senior citizens, this property is uphill from the main promenade which would be a consideration. I also realised that we had paid much more than similar properties nearby..but it’s probably to do with the smart algorithms that the property platforms use that hike up the prices.

The location is great, about 10 minutes walk from the main area. It's quiet and the pool was a fantastic addition, with most of the time it being only me sitting beside / using it, so that was a wonderful bonus! The balcony was also lovely with it receiving sun for most of the day, and was very appreciative of the bicycles, had two lovely days out using those

It would have been better if there were more amenities - there was only one toilet roll (which was fine as I was solo, but would have been annoying for a longer stay / another guest), no handsoap, no washing up liquid or dishcloth available. These aren't items I'd generally bring, and would have been annoying to have to purchase it for such a short stay, so would be much better if these were provided.

Although its still the top of a hill, there are electric scooters stationed nearby

Outer door was broken. Code didnt work had to call emergency number on ly to find from.another resident that it didnt lock. The lights in the apartment are wired weird with mastering switches stipping all the other switches worli g.. took a while with some panic st night when we arrived to work this out.. labels or instructions would help
