Mieszkanie w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, blisko do ulicy Piotrkowskiej.
Mieszkanie urządzone bardzo skromnie, budżetowo, uważam że wymaga odświeżenia, widać że wiele osób się już tam przewinęło , listy przypodłogowe poniszczone , przydałyby się jakieś firany bądź rolety w oknie bo same zasłony myślę że dobre są tylko na noc. Pościel też słabej jakość , widać że już wiele razy używana ale czysta, poduszki i kołdry zbite też można by pomyśleć nad wymianą. W mieszkaniu było bardzo duszno, wystarczyłoby postawić mały wentylator. Dla rodziny z dwójką małych dzieci było mało miejsca do spania. Jedno łóżko sypialniane plus mała kanapa.

Dobra lokalizacja, sprawna obsługa, blisko do sklepów. Miejsce Parkingowe. Wyposażenie mieszkania.
Lekkie niedociągnięcia w czystości, np. sofa boczki "wżerte" zabrudzenia - może trzeba byłoby zrobić pranie obicia, czy pod prysznicem (zmęczony czasem silikon) Tak ogólnie ok.
