The location of the apartment was fantastic, exactly what the pictures showed.

Inside the apartment is very cluttered with too much furniture etc. It would have been nice for someone to be there on checkin as the washing machine was archaic and our adapters didn’t fit there power points, being the old type. Having no airconditioning was a real negative as at night time you needed to keep windows and door open and being on the promenade was very loud.

Ospedaletti is a beautiful little town with a bunch of amazing restaurants. The key collection was easy, the property was right in front of the beach and had parking (but we didn’t use it)

We were very disappointed with our stay. Property failed to disclose that the building was undergoing major renovations. There was scaffolding and construction materials right by the entrance, the staircase full of construction debris—making it slippery and dangerous, especially when carrying luggage—and we even had debris falling from the ceiling inside the unit due to ongoing work on the floor above. The noise from construction lasted all day and significantly disrupted our experience. The check-in process was impersonal and unhelpful. No one met us in person—we were instructed to let ourselves in, pay the tourist tax online, and contact them by email for any issues, as their WhatsApp support would be unavailable just two hours after check-in. There were no instructions provided for the WiFi, and when I messaged to ask, the only reply I got was, “the guest assistance is only available le from 9am-8pm number, check the modem box.” We also paid a cleaning fee, yet were told we had to make sure wash and store all the dishes, take out the trash ourselves—without being given any instructions on where to dispose of it. This was particularly frustrating, as Ospedaletti has a very specific waste disposal system, including the use of QR-coded bags, which we were completely unprepared for. To top it off, my request for a 30-minute late checkout was ignored, and the standard 10am checkout time is very early for a beach holiday destination. Overall, the stay felt unwelcoming, poorly managed, and lacking the most basic standards of hospitality.

Location is perfect. Sea and palm trees view from the kitchen while eating breakfast is priceless. Apartament is comfortable and all needed equipment is there. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Big SUV did fit the underground garage.

Nie wieder, aufpassen bei wonderful italy

Die Aussicht, die Lage, die Wohnung an sich

Seit längerem und wohl auch noch länger ist eine Baustelle am Haus mit einem Baugerüst. Dieses Baugerüst versperrt zum Teil die Aussicht aufs Meer und die Sonne scheint erst viel später auf den Balkon. Durch die Arbeiten wie Bohren war frühmorgens schon sehr viel Lärm. Wir hatten 24 Stunden kompletten Stromausfall und die letzten zwei Tage kein Warmwasser zum Duschen, vermutlich für die Arbeiten abgedreht. Aus Frust sind wir eher abgereist. Auch mehrfaches Anschreiben bei wonderful italy half nicht, gemeldet wurde sich Tage später. Der Mitarbeiter vor Ort war zwar über WhatsApp zu erreichen, konnte an der allgemeinen Situation nichts ändern. Wonderful italy war die Situation der Baustelle bekannt, informiert wurden wir nicht. Eine Entschädigung seitens wonderful italy gibt es nicht.
