A quality place

The flat has high standards, it is equipped with quality materials (electric shutters, 2 air conditioners, mosquito nets, large refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher). I liked the colors, the interior design of the flat. The mattress and the sofa were comfortable. Wifi was good. Keys are left in the glove compartment (in our case there was a small problem with it but got quickly sorted out), the host sends instructions on how to get into the apartment and garage. The dedicated parking place plus lift is very handy. There is a large shop (MD) next door. The centre is 15-20 Min walking distance.

The road is busy, it disturbed us sometimes. We got a microfibre sheet to use as a blanket, I did not like the material plus it was not warm enough. I missed a proper shower mat.

Convenient well-located modern apartment

Well-equipped modern apartment only a short walk from the old town and the waterfront. Supermarkets and restaurants only steps away. An excellent option in a town that has few low-price alternatives.

Wygodne miejsce pobytu z wysokim standardem. Kuchnia jest w pełni wyposażona w naczynia, piekarnik, mikrofalę, lodówkę czy płytę indukcyjną. Na miejscu były również przyprawy czy oliwa z oliwek co było miłym zaskoczeniem.

Appartamento pulito e accogliente. in ottima posizione, il centro città si raggiunge a piedi in poco tempo. Garage in loco.

La mancanza di qualche utensile in cucina (mestolo, coltello grande). Controllare le pentole, secondo me un paio sono da cambiare.

Gelungener Urlaub

Schönes Zimmer, Ausstattung alles vorhanden was man braucht, sehr sauber, jedes Zimmer mit Fliegengitter und Außenjalousien ausgestattet, große Terrasse mit bewachsenem Sichtschutz. Von Wäscheständer, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Staubsauger, Waschmaschine alles vorhanden. Wir waren zu dritt, unser 16 Jähriger hatte die Ausziehcouch ca. 1.20 Breite....also für zwei kleine Kinder auch ausreichend. Sehr nette Vermieterin, zwar nur über WhatsApp kommuniziert, aber dadurch sehr unkompliziert zwecks Sprachbarriere. Wir erhielten paar Sunden vor Ankunft ein Erklärvideo per WhatsApp, zwecks Schlüsselcode, Garagenbenutzung etc.....wirklich für jeden verständlich! Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Busbahnhof 300 m entfernt,...von dort gute günstige Fahrten möglich.

Die Wohnung liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße wo es bis nachts sehr laut ist...wir mussten die Fenster zum schlafen leider deshalb schließen, dann ging's:) Der Fußweg bis zum Zentrum sind ca. 1.5 km....man sollte schon gut zu Fuß sein, vor allem wenn es warm ist....es sind ja nicht die einzigen km die man am Tag läuft.

Perfekt als Ausgangspunkt um aktiv in der Region zu sein.

Einfach alles da um ein paar schöne Tage in Riva zu verbringen. Im Apartment alles bis sogar zur Waschmaschine vorhanden. Fahrzeug(e) sicher in der Tiefgarage. In unserem Fall, die Motorräder. Einkaufen gleich beim Nachbar. Die Altstatt in 15-20min zu Fuß entfernt. Also auch essen gehen ist kein Problem.

Für uns gab es nichts zu bemängeln!

Autant dormir à côté du périph parisien

L’habitant a Aumie de préciser que l’appartement se trouve à côté d’une route très bruyante, très fréquentée bruit incessant nuit et jour de plus Chantier juste en face qui nous a réveillé tous les matins avec des engins de chantier qui faisaient même trembler l’appartement 😡🤯😤 De plus, quand je me suis plaint à ce sujet auprès de l’habitant, sa réponse était vraiment bête et désobligeante. Elle m’a répondu que j’aurais dû aller à la montagne. Si j’aurais voulu du calme ce qui est une réponse vraiment aberrante on est en montagne. 🤨🤨🤨 Ce bruit incessant m’a rendu complètement fou au point que je devais fuir l’appartement pour trouver un peu de calme. Je suis vraiment pas content de ce séjour car ce bruit a vraiment tout gâché, mais vraiment tout gâcher. 😖😖😖
