We had only one night at Fuat Bey Palace, but the experience was excellent. Due to airline changes, we had to modify our dates, and the hotel was very understanding and accommodating. They even upgraded our room category, which was a wonderful surprise. The location is in a historic district, and the building itself is authentic and full of character. It really gives you that true Istanbul atmosphere. Breakfast was good and had everything we needed to start the day. After check-out, they kindly allowed us to leave our bags so we could walk along the waterfront without carrying heavy backpacks. Later, when we returned, we were able to relax in the lobby while waiting for our late flight, which made the day much more comfortable. We definitely recommend this place if you appreciate historic buildings, narrow streets, and a genuine Turkish atmosphere. The staff were helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.
