Tiene varias amenidades entre ellas un gym que me fue de mucha utilidad, estacionamiento propio y como necesité otro lugar para otro carro el propietario muy amablemente me consiguió otro. La comunicación con el propietario es excelente y contesta rápido. Tiene suficientes sillas de playa, albercas grandes y muy limpias
Le falta un poco de mantenimiento

La ubicacion es muy buena, las instalaciones del condominio estan bonita y en buen estado.
El roof top estaba en mantenimiento solo estaba abierta una alberca, francamente molesto estan con restos de construccion en el area, asi preferimos no hacer uso el espacio. La administracion del exagera en lo que ellos llaman hacer cumpli el reglamento, practicamente los tienes encima de que le des ni un trago a tu termo si estas en la alberca.
