pleasantly surprised, enjoyed the area and local restaurants were good.

The location is fabulous especially if you have a dog and enjoy walking. Was very surprised how good the facilities were,.the shower was very efficient. Hadn't stayed in a caravan before but definitely would again.

The caravan could benefit from a deep clean, although I suspect that will be done very soon. Nothing to dislike.

Double Glazing

Van was dirty in hygiene areas mainly bathroom. Smell on arrival which was coming from the vacuum so we put it in the cupboard Bedding felt damp Curtains are old fashioned and look like they’ve not been washed in years Seating area very uncomfortable

The clubhouse and the closeness to the beach. The new TV that was changed for the older broken one.

The noise from the road alongside the caravan. Very bad all day and late into the night. Cigarette butts around the entrance and outside seating. The caravan is showing its age but that is reflected in the price.

Lovely caravan, the hosts replied promptly and very short walk to the beach.

There were lovely little touches - a coffee/tea/hot chocolate tray and a small bag of washing-up stuff which was fab! The overall caravan was very clean and tidy. And a lovely size! And a very short walk to the beach.

Noise from the road first thing in the morning. Also, the vacuum was a bit smelly, it hadn't been emptied for a while so when it was used it let off quite a whiff even after being emptied.

It was clean and tidy and fully equiped with essentials. Close to all amenities.

Bit of a faff getting the key out of the locked box, park up, go get it out go back to car drive in to the Parking area then again leaving, what if it's raining? Get wet through. Can't it be left in Office? Need to sort out better heaters in the bedrooms. Bit noisy as right by the main road especially if a lorry or bus goes by the Van shakes. Id re name it, Roadside not Beachside. Other wise all ok. Be better to book with hosts rathee than Booking.com. Thanks Curtis and Marie.

Nice caravan, less than perfect location

The caravan was cosy homely and clean

Unfortunately the location was a problem for us as it is right by a main road. We booked for 2 nights but only stayed one due to lack of sleep from noise people pulling up on road chatting playing music at 2am Maybe we were unlucky amd it's usually not as noisy so I dont want to be completly negative

Superb

Lovely clean caravan on a quiet, secure site. All bedding provided, along with complimentary drinks, condiments and cleaning products. Cooking facilities were spotless. There were x2 toilets and the shower was spacious. Just a 5minute (or 10 if you have little ones walking) stroll to a lovely, dog friendly beach and promenade, which was great for walking into Mablethorpe. Owner, Maria was really helpful when on arrival I hadn't been provided with the keysafe code and the reception was closed. The owners also provided lots of useful information on places to go and things to do during our stay. The Chinese over the road from the site is lovely and good value for money. The bar just outside of the site served pints for £2.50 (bargain!) and were really helpful providing highchairs etc for the grandchildren.

The caravan is sited near quite a busy road, so you could hear the traffic in x2 of the bedrooms. We were also approached by a staff member (cleaner I think) telling us to keep our very well behaved dog on a lead...making it not such a 'dog friendly' site. We were all just sitting chilling outside our caravan at the time (including the dog!) and there weren't any 'neighbours' nearby?? The reception was closed on both Friday and Sunday during our weekend stay.... fortunately a very friendly caravan owner showed me where the caravan was located and where to park. Booking.com failed to provide the key code for the caravan, so unfortunately I had to disturb the owner (who was lovely).

Excellent caravan very clean and everything needed provided. Very happy with caravan and site. Only issue was proximity of this caravan to road, but also scrubs between. Everything else made up for this. Very close to beach. Dog friendly too. Very clear instructions via email. Would definitely recommend and can see us returning.
