    남편이랑 친정엄마모시고 푸꾸옥 밤도착 첫날 0.5박했어요. 정말 별 기대안하고 갔는데 생각보다 깔끔하고 직원분들도 너무 친절하셔서 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 다음 여행시 또 이용할것 같아요^^ 공항에서 차로 10분거리 킹콩마트 걸어서 5분거리 나가면 식당, 카페 먹을데 많아요~

    My stay was pleasant. The price was very reasonable. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Thats really all you can ask for recommended.

    I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful from the moment I arrived, making me feel unwelcome rather than like a valued guest. To make matters worse, I was hit with an unexpected extra charge just for using the towels in my room. I have stayed in many hotels, and charging a "towel fee" for standard amenities is unheard of and feels like a complete scam. When I tried to clarify the charge, the staff were dismissive and unprofessional. I would strongly advise travelers to avoid this hotel. There are plenty of other options nearby that actually value their guests and don't resort to hidden charges and poor attitude.
