    The hotel is quite to kingkong mart and there is a lot of eatery along the roadside but more on Korean crusine. During booking, there was indicated that there is microwave iniade the room. But this statement is incorrect, there was no micorave in the room but there is only one microwave at the reception area

    The hotel is abit “ulu” and staff not that friendly always showed a black face. Their breakfast is at the store beside, limited choice and cleanliness not that good. If can find a better hotel at other places. Far from all the famous places.

    I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful from the moment I arrived, making me feel unwelcome rather than like a valued guest. To make matters worse, I was hit with an unexpected extra charge just for using the towels in my room. I have stayed in many hotels, and charging a "towel fee" for standard amenities is unheard of and feels like a complete scam. When I tried to clarify the charge, the staff were dismissive and unprofessional. I would strongly advise travelers to avoid this hotel. There are plenty of other options nearby that actually value their guests and don't resort to hidden charges and poor attitude.
