The cleanliness and comfort of the whole hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly, big thanks to Tania. Great hotel, slightly off the beaten track but highly recommended if you plan a visit to Evora. Saves all the hassle of parking in Envro at any accomodation. Drive in morning, park on outside of town wall and then walk into Evora.
