The accommodation was very nice,clean and a great location. Right in the city centre,very close to restaurants and also very close to where you need to take the boats to go to Amalfi,Positano etc. The staff was warm and welcome,always there to help you if needed. I was very pleased!!

I have nothing to say

The location was excellent! The area is down a pedestrian walkway that had plenty of shops for souvenirs, food, coffee. Great coffee shop across the street. Walking distance from everything. Ferry port about 15 min walk. Bus stop is located down the street. I had a nice room with a little balcony, and it was a loft, lots of room. A sweets breakfast was included.

No one was there to meet us, but the owner did send his dad and he was nice and helped us. It’s hidden so you don’t see it right away and you walk through a door and the main building lobby is old looking. No elevator so you will need to carry up your luggage a flight of stairs. Keys are given to your room but only one set and if you’re with someone you have to be together when you leave and I hate to see the cost for replacement if these get lost. Close to a church so you will hear the bells. We never saw anyone from the company at the place, communication was very minimal. In fact, my friend received a note (next day after checking in) about breakfast being served on the terrace but we were leaving for an excursion. Then never heard back after that. A Shower caddy would be useful. I’m short so the mirror in the bathroom was placed too high. Even stepping on my toes I can only see the top of my head. I say an extra mirror would be great.
