Stylish vacation home - close to sea and nature

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön mitten in der Natur in Hejls, hat einen sehr schönen Garten und bietet absolute Ruhe. Die Wohnung ist in einem guten und sauberen Zustand. Von Hejls aus kann man den Strand in Hejlsminde oder Binderup sehr schnell erreichen, der kleine Einkaufsmarkt im Ort bietet auch alles Nötige für einen kleinen Einkauf. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar.

Die Wohnung liegt unter dem Dach und ist nur über einen sehr steile Treppe zu erreichen. Der sehr helle Teppich im Wohnzimmer und direkt unter dem Esstisch hat uns als Eltern kleiner Kinder bei den Mahlzeiten regelmäßig Herzrasen beschert ;-). Das sollte man eventuell überdenken. In der Küche fehlen ein paar Utensilien, eine Soßenkelle war nicht auffindbar. Der Wäscheständer war für uns 5 Personen leider sehr viel zu klein und die Matratzen haben ihre besten Jahre schon deutlich hinter sich gelassen.

Schön eingerichtet, Küche war recht gut ausgestattet, bequemes Bett, wunderschöne, ruhige Lage

Küche hätte sauberer sein können, die Wendeltreppe ist für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung eine große Herausforderung und auch der Transport des Gepäcks gestaltet sich schwierig,

A large apartment in a very small village. It is very close to the sea and quite a few places. Beds were comfortable albeit a bit soft. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a big tv with apple tv, large couch, 3 beds for 4 people, boardgames, heaters, airconditioning, etc.

We didn't have a very warm welcome. When we first arrived we noticed a man sunbathing downstairs on the terrace. When I approached him, as I thought he was the owner of the property or another guest, he was very standoffish and rude. He let me know he had nothing to do with the apartment. When we turned on the airconditioning, as it was summer, he let us know we couldn't turn on the airconditioning, as he didn't want to hear the noise from the fan outside the building. One of the reasons that we had rented this place, was the air conditioning. His terrace/garden is also quite shabby, which is right beneath the living room of the apartment. This is also where he listens to music rather loudly and he has two puppy's. This whole ordeal also made us feel less at ease, as it felt like we couldn't behave like we would have wanted and completely relax. The house isn't next to the water, like the pictures make it seem like, it is very near though. In short: I liked the apartment a lot, but the downstairs neighbour really put me off. Too expensive for the experience we had.
