La casa è semplice, ma comoda, è in una posizione ottima nel centro storico di Sassari, vicina all'Università, al centro e alle fermate dei mezzi di trasporto. Antonio, il proprietario, è gentilissimo e attento e ci ha supportato in vari momenti. Ritornerei sicuramente.
Si potrebbe migliorare la pulizia della casa.

Il Signor Antonio molto attento, cialde di caffé ottime, letto molto comodo e altre premure che abbiamo molto gradito. Anche la posizione è buona a due passi dal duomo.
Difficoltà di parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

La struttura è dotata di tutti i servizi. Abbiamo cucinato tranquillamente. Inoltre è dotata di un ottimo caffè a cialde ed il letto è comodissimo.
Essendo in un centro storico, è un pó difficoltoso con le strade strette arrivarci con la macchina, ma basta fare un pó di strada a piedi e si può parcheggiare al parcheggio a pagamento dell'università

Location, everything by the hand, very helpfull owner. Our plans changed, so we traveled our 1st part by bus and it turned out even better, so we could explore the streets of Sassari by foot. The owner is really helpfull with all the tips. The appartment is small, but cozy. We had some time to cook and didn't miss anything in our 3 nights stay.
I might prefer more sunlight in the kitchen/living room area, cause you need lights even during the day, but it wasn't a big issue.
