Locatie ten opzichte van het centrum. Groot gebouw maar wel heel netjes.
Was ander appartement als op foto op booking getoond. Geen uitzicht, althans uitzicht op hoge flats en rommel. Wel balkonnetje maar kon je niet zitten.
Beetje onpersoonlijke benadering, alleen via codes en berichten.
Ontbijt was goed, maar moest je voor naar een soort koffie/lunchroom, paar straten verderop. Moesten wel zelf vragen naar ontbijt, hoe dat verder was geregeld.

L' ubicazione vicinissimo al centro storico e Piazza principale (Piazza Italia). L'appartamento molto pulito comodo ristrutturato a nuovo e luminoso dentro un palazzo degli anni 60/70 ma molto curato. Il bagno luminoso solo un pò piccolo il box doccia, 10 cm in più facceva la diferenza. Acqua scaldata con boiler, sempre calda
Sarebbe importante far trovare agli ospiti che arrivano un rotolo di carta da cucina, 1 bottiglia d'acqua, bollitore, machina caffe elettrica con alcune cialde di caffe e quant'altro, come benvenuto.
Ho trovato il dispenser del doccia schiuma vuoto.
Il parcheggio gratuito, molto ampio, si trova dietro al palazzo a circa 100m ma, da sorteggiare una scala 150/180 gradini.

The location is very good in Sassari. A parking space is close by. The decoration was nice and the host was nice as well.
Some of the dishes and cutlery have not been clean. We didn‘t have a clean sponge to wash the dishes. Also, there was some leftover food in the kitchen. The bed was a little squeaky. And unfortunately the gas for the stove ran out in our last night. The host reacted immediately and was very friendly. However, since we were mid cooking and it was already late in the evening, we didn‘t take his offer of bringing a new bottle of gas.
