Villa Kimon

Very pleasant owner who responded immediately to the broken washing machine (thank you Apostolos) and exceptionally helpful property manager who provided lots of information on beaches and restaurants in the area (thank you Evi). The views from the terrace are wonderful and the property is huge with good air condition in every room. The living room is open to the dining area, providing a huge space with a screen TV. WiFi was good also. 3 minutes drive from the sandy beach with free umbrella and chairs (you just need to pay for food and drinks).

Not that it bothered us (family of 5), but the location is secluded on top of a hill and you have got to have a car, otherwise not doable. Slightly far restaurants and shops - nothing is walking distance.

The location, the view, the house it was all perfect. Absolutely a gem of booking a vacation near Perveza! The beach is literally a walk away, there are taverns that work until 1am 5 min drive away and large well stocked markets near! But be sure to explore all of the beaches along the coast there are some unreal coves!
