Spacious, clean, and memorable stay

Silvio and Izabela were amazing hosts. They were super accommodating for check-in requests and they were just lovely and friendly people. The room was very spacious and clean with modern amenities and decor. The pool was super clean and relaxing. The breakfast was great and the eggs cooked by Izabela were delicious. The breakfast area had a great view of the beach.

A superb accommodation which was exceptionally clean & beautifully furnished. Fantastic breakfast on the balcony with sea views. Easy access to the promenade, sea, paddleboarding & eateries. Ferry across the road to Trogir but also an alternative straightforward 20 minute walk to Trogir. Will be returning. Thank you for all your kindness & hospitality.

An absolutely perfect stay with nothing to fault

We loved everything. The accommodation is in a great location, with easy parking. The breakfast is varied 10/10! Clean, tidy, and with a friendly atmosphere. The pool is spotless, and since it’s an adults-only property, it’s peaceful and quiet. Izabela and Silvio’s hospitality is exceptional – it felt just like being at home

Even if we try, we couldn’t find a single negative thing to say :)

Unbelievable 🤩

Wow! What can I say, this place was perfect in every way. The hosts went above and beyond, the food was delicious, the whole property is immaculately clean and of a high standard, great WiFi and so close to restaurants and bars (as well as the beach). The taxi boat to the centre of Trogir @ €5 was perfect and the dock was literally a 2 min walk from the property. We cannot wait to come back

Amazing Villa in Croatia!

Izabela and Silvio Wonderful hosts, very approachable and friendly. The breakfast was excellent every day. On one of the mornings, we had to leave early and couldn’t attend breakfast, and Izabela kindly packed us some delicious sandwiches to take with us. Such a thoughtful gesture. The Area Trogir is a beautiful destination offering both a charming old town and relaxing beaches. It’s smaller than Split, which gives it a more intimate feel, but still has plenty of restaurants and things to do. The beach area is lively as well, with several beach bars and even some live entertainment. It’s conveniently located for visiting Split’s old town, the airport, and Klis Fortress. You can walk everywhere. The town is less than a 30-minute stroll away, with plenty of scenic spots to enjoy both sunset and sunrise along the way. The Villa Absolutely excellent. The room and bathroom were spacious and spotless. We were genuinely impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. You can choose to relax by the private pool at the back or simply cross the road to enjoy the beach. The pool is a good size and features jacuzzi-style bubbles for extra relaxation. Overall We highly recommend this villa. It offers comfort, convenience, and wonderful hospitality in a beautiful location.

Excellent stay at a wonderful location, already looking forward to next years visit

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Fortis, Silvio & Izabella were excellent hosts, the place was spotlessly clean. A special mention for the breakfast which was superb and kept you going until our evening meal. Our room with the sea view and balcony was excellent and provided us with everything we needed including toiletries. towels including pool towels. Enjoyed our daily boat rides to and from Trogir which was only 100m from the villa

Great stay with fantastick location and exeptional hosts

Great hosts, modern apartments and beautiful views to the sea. The pool had really comfy sunloungers and we really liked it there. Walking distance to Trogir old town and Okrug Gornji with really beautiful beaches. There was also a beach right outside, but we did not go there. Supermarket is also very close. Best place to stay close to Split airport. The hosts also allowed us to use the pool on our departure day after we checked out. They really do a good job with this place.

Maybe a little loud from the hallway through the door, we could hear when the ones in the room next to ours came home or went out, but no sounds through the walls when inside the room. Also the balcony door was a bit complicated, but at the same time really cool.

Superb

The property was great location to head into Drogir old town. Boat ferry was right on the doorstep or ot was just a 15-20 walk into town. Silvio and Isabella are a wonderful couple who were so helpful throughout our stay. Their attention to detail in the property is fantastic. We would love to visit again.

Good relaxing apartment convenient for visit to Trogir.

Modern, fresh, very clean. Free parking. Excellent breakfast. Balcony overlooking sea. Beach to swim and get water taxi to Trogir in next bay.

Alles perfekt! Es hätte nicht besser sein können

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub in der Villa Fortis. Izabela und Silvio waren sehr herzlich und wirklich super Gastgeber! Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön gelegen, direkt am Meer und man ist schnell in Trogir. Alles war wirklich sauber und modern. Beim Frühstücksbuffet war für jeden etwas dabei und wir waren begeistert von den täglich wechselnden Komponenten. Sogar Kaffee, Tee und Kakao konnte man sich den kompletten Tag über nehmen und im Zimmer wurden uns bei Ankunft kostenlose Kaltgetränke zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir hätten uns unseren Urlaub nicht schöner vorstellen können und kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Toller Aufenthalt.

Frühstückbuffet war überragend und so liebevoll präsentiert. Lager perfekt. Toller sauberer Pool Strand (beim Campingplatz) 4 Minuten zu Fuß Wassertaxi direkt in die Altstadt lag einfach über die Straße (5 Minuten) fährt jede Stunde hin und retour. Restaurantempfehlung in Trogir, war super. Ganz tolles Restaurant.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und bemühen sich

Schöne Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Pool. Zimmer und Unterkunft sind neu und schön eingerichtet. Super Frühstück und tolle Aussicht auf das Meer (vorausgesetzt man hat die Zimmer mit Blick nach vorne). Super Parkplatz direkt gegenüber. Strand direkt gegenüber dem Hotel. Wir haben aber auch den Strand beim Campingplatz genutzt, der frei zugänglich ist.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Strand-Straße, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Dafür, dass einige Kroaten wie die Henker fahren, kann das Hotel nichts. Man hört die Flieger vom Flughafen Split, aber auch das war nicht schlimm.

PERFEKT - PERFEKT

Es ist ein außergewöhnlich schöne , saubere Unterkunft - nahe am Meer (über die Straße) mit Kiesstrand. Sehr netter Empfang von den Gastgebern - kostenloser Parkplatz, sehr schönes großes Zimmer , tolles Bad und großer Balkon mit Blick zum Meer. Hier wurde an alles gedacht (sogar Wäscheleine mit Klammern) . Frühstück war super und ausreichend - besonders der Kaffee hat toll geschmeckt . Es wurde immer gefragt ob wir was benötigen. Gleich gegenüber fuhr stündlich das Taxiboot nach Trogir. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr, sehr gut gefallen - kommen gerne wieder. Elke und Henrik aus Sachsen.

Wer sollte hier eine Beschwerde haben? Nicht nur die Zimmer sondern das ganze Haus einfach nur TOP 👍 Alles geschmackvoll und mit liebe eingerichtet. Von oben bis unten durchdacht und alles voll modern. Das gleiche trifft auf das Frühstück zu. Nur die beste Qualität, alles mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr schön hergerichtet. Alles Tip-top sauber und die Besitzer so freundlich, herzlich und liebevoll. Man fühlt sich wie in die Familie aufgenommen mit gutem Service und auch guten hilfreichen Tipps. Das sind 10 von 10 Punkten. Danke an Izabela und Silvio

Het is echt een hele mooie accommodatie, met mooie moderne kamers. Het zwembad is top, het ontbijt was goed en het hele gebouw is superschoon. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en zorgzaam. Wij waren hier maar 2 nachten, maar hadden hier graag langer verbleven.
