Excellent Experience – Highly Recommended!

My stay at this property was simply fantastic. The accommodation was top-notch, with a very comfortable and clean room that was perfectly equipped. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the interior design was modern, with great attention to detail. The location was also excellent—situated in a peaceful area but still close to all the main attractions. The breakfast was a true delight! There was a wide variety of food, from fresh pastries and fruit to made-to-order dishes like omelets and pancakes. The quality of the food was outstanding, and everything was freshly prepared. Breakfast definitely set the standard for the rest of my stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Every team member was willing to help and ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. I truly felt at home thanks to their hospitality and attention to guests. As for the value for money, I couldn’t be more satisfied. Considering everything it offers, the price was very reasonable. Given the quality of the accommodation, service, and food, I definitely got more than I expected. All in all, this is the perfect place to stay, whether you’re here for business or leisure. Highly recommended!

I had an outstanding experience at this property! From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless, offering all the comforts you could need. The bed was so comfortable, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the room. The location was perfect—quiet enough to relax, yet close to everything you need to explore. What really stood out to me was the self check-in option. It made my arrival so easy and convenient. No need to wait around or deal with any queues—just a simple, fast process that got me settled in right away. It's a small detail that made a big difference, especially after a long day of travel. The breakfast here was excellent, with a great variety of fresh options to choose from. I enjoyed everything from the fresh fruit and pastries to the made-to-order hot dishes. Everything was prepared with care, and you could tell the ingredients were top quality. It’s the perfect way to start your day. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and helpful. They were always ready to assist if needed but gave you plenty of space to enjoy your stay. Their warmth and professionalism really made a positive impact on my overall experience. As for value for money, this place really exceeded my expectations. For the quality of the accommodation, the superb breakfast, and the excellent service, the price was more than fair. Wonderful location to unwind. Ferries to Trogir run regularly. We love sitting at the beach bars in the evening, listen

Lovely location, right on the beach front. Staff at restaurant are friendly and attentive Good food and service We had a blockage with the shower and this was sorted almost immediately 😊thank you! (Reported to bar staff) Nothing was too much to ask , always smiling. We really appreciated the welcome we received at our breakfasts

Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, only the towels and bedding were replace One of the cleaners was rude, we had left the key in the door and she tried to access it a few times whilst we were sleeping, no knock on the door. My husband got up and let her know it was fixed the previous night(as she was wanting to attend to the shower blockage) and after that she would not greet us at all I said hello twice and she just looked at me and ignored me. This was the only negative experience and this is not our first stay. Above all, the stay was great and we will be back 😊

- Bathroom sink is broken (water does not flow properly) - They key box was empty - luckily a very nice restaurant staff gave the keys to us - The property manager is MIA, they haven’t replied to a single message we sent - We found hair in the bed - Breakfast is very limited (only eggs available)

It’s all about the location!

The location is fantastic! Wonderful ocean view with bars and restaurants right out the door! Easy bus ride to Trogir and then Split is no problem.

The cigarette smell throughout the building. The rooms are no smoking but outside and balconies allow smoking so the smell is all around.

Smelly bathroom made this an experience not to forget, for all the wrong reasons

Communication with the hotel was very good, we also were informed that our room was ready before the official check-in time. Nothing wrong with the beds (although not the best) and the airco unit was quiet at its lowest setting (which was sufficient to keep the room cool).

This was the most expensive accommodation during our trip through Croatia, and it was the worst experience we've ever had (not just during this trip). The room was the smallest by far, which is still acceptable as you're spending most of your time outdoors anyway, but the bathroom was the main issue. The shower drain was clogged, causing the whole bathroom floor to flood, and the smell in there was horrible (your typical, horrible drain stink). The clogging was mostly fixed after we mentioned this issue, the smell we thought at first as well, but a few hours after roomservice came by, it started to come back. We noticed someone mentioned this in a review 2 (!) years ago as well, so it's clear that the owners are unwilling to resolve this issue. When we mentioned this on checkout, they had a story ready that this was due to the weather and the poor plumbing in that area. If that's the case, there are plenty of ways to avoid that, so for me, they just don't want to invest in a permanent fix for this issue.

Located right above the restaurant of the same name, very easy to find and accessible, the apartment is, I think, the smallest of the whole villa, yet comfortable. The kitchenette is very well equipped. The included breakfast is varied and filling. The staff is very kind. All in all, a good, fair value for money.

It does not have a balcony or terrace, but it has direct access to the parking space, which is right behind the building. The room is almost entirely occupied by the bed. The bathroom is also very small, it can make it difficult for bigger people. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

Breakfast was rich and tasty. Quality of welcoming has been high and they ensured a parking spot for our motorcycle. Position was top, exactly in front of the beach!

Nice place for short period

Personel was very nice and helpful, very good location, just right to the beach, room with kitchen were clean, cleaned everyday, comfortable beds, restaurant in the same place with discount for guests, parking space

Bathroom was made in the same room, but behind the sliding doors, so you can hear everything if someone else is inside. Breakfast was only from a short menu, so there was not a buffet unfortunately, after 5 days we already wanted to eat something else, even if the food was ok. Unfortunately the worst coffee I have ever drunk, tasted like ready 3in 1, already sweet. Im addicted to coffee, but didn't drink there at all

GREAT location right across the street from the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Strong wifi in the room and in the restaurant. Nice staff, easy to ask questions and to get information.

Room was facing back of building so there was no view of the sea and only of other buildings. Very small room, hard to navigate with two people, and room safe was too small to put all valuables in it. Also, the television was very small.

loved everything about it , including the staff / the only small disadvantage was the only mode of transport to visit Spilt is Taxi snd this can work out expensive but I believe come the first of June the boat transfers start !

We had three rooms for a family trip, two was really nice and cozy, the place is absolutely amazing, the brakfast was also very great and tasty.

One of the rooms was really small and the bathroom was so small, that you barely could sit on the toilet.
