Nice, safe location - lovely views of the lake, gorgeous eclectic decor; despite the 110 degree the townhouse was comfortable
the lighting throughout - specially family room and kitchen was very poor.

I loved the lake view.
The patio was full of spider webs, spider egg sacks, dirt dauber nest and other insects. My husband spent almost an hour trying to clean the patio and seating area so I could go outside. He had to start the grill for dinner and it was requiring too much work to get ride of all the nests.

Dirty Dishes in the Dishwasher. Wet laundry left in washing machine. Mouldy coffee grounds left in the coffee maker.
Pizza crust left on floor in living room. Broken planter pot on patio. No soap or toilet paper in some of the bathrooms. Whoever is doing the cleaning did not do a good job prior to our arrival.
