The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the communication was great. Some shacks and a variety of coffee pods were a big hit with the guys!

This home was spacious, clean, beds were comfortable. we felt very safe with the closed in garage. Host was very attentive. East access to shopping and dining places. All around great rental! Would definitely recommend!

The unit was clean and comfortable. The manager communicated with us regularly leading up to and during our stay. The unit was advertised as having a hot tub; it did not. One bathroom was out of order; we were not informed of this in advance. The kitchen was minimally equipped with cookware, although it had plenty of cooking utensils and dinnerware. Instructions for such things as garbage days and checkout procedures provided in the house instruction book, the guest information card, and the manager's messages often contradicted each other. The manager's phone number was incorrectly listed in the VRBO listing. Overall there was nothing seriously wrong, but enough things missing or just a little off to make our stay less than perfect.
