Sweet Living Viana - City Centre Apartment with Garage

Todo perfecto! el apartamento es muy cómodo, está completamente equipado con todo lo necesario, además muy bien cuidado y limpieza excelente. Buena ubicación y plaza de parking muy amplia.

El apartamento está muy bien equipado y limpio, tiene una ubicación excelente, garaje que facilita absolutamente todo ya que aparcar en Viana do Castelo puede ser problemático, Raquel y Jessica estuvieron siempre disponibles para cualquier duda, recomendable al cien por cien!!!

The location is perfect and the new bed was an excellent upgrade from last year. The little touches like having nespresso pods available when we arrived was very welcome.

Not much, we are really happy with the appartment and the location, it is why we have been back for 3 years in a row and plan to return next year.

Location and parking facility excellent. Very clean except for shower curtain. Inside very pleasant. A nice quiet location in the centre of town. Plenty of information provided by the hosts about local activities and restaurants.

It lacks the professional touch, essentials in the kitchen especially are missing and former complaints on Booking.com feedback have not been addressed, for example; frying pans un-usable and unhygienic. Shower curtain needing cleaning and mat inside the bath required to prevent slipping, towel rack wobbly and not useful. There were no sharp knives for cutting vegetables etc, no spatula or utensils for cooking. Icebox needed defrosting. No tea towels for drying dishes. no small mats for coffee cups/glasses to protect table surface. No hairdryer. Pillows very flat, extra ones would be good. Toilet seat hinge broken and needed to be replaced. Small table when watching tv would be good for coffee cups or glasses to sit, so not placed on the floor. Also when staying for 4 days, usually there is some left over kitchen roll, cooking oil (there was a tiny amount) and other every day items provided.
