Dongguan Royal Garden Hotel

Very helpful staff, at the front desk everybody very helpful. We used the pool many times it was almost empty and the staff there is also very helpful and nice. The rooms are big and clean. The breakfast has huge choice. We will definitly return.

What a huge hotel consists of 3 tower blocks. Pleasant surprise to walk book such a grand hotel. Huge selection of breakfast lay out around several carefully decorated serving counters. The hotel, offers a huge ever green garden around the compound. An outdoor swimming which we didnt use as the weather was cold. Great big lovely room with 2 comfy beds. Large TV, Clean bath tub/shower room. Overall, a beautiful hotel located in the heart of the buzzy commercial district. Found a big supermarket not too far from the hotel which we can get some stuff there.

Quite far from Shenzhen airport. Tricky to find vegetarian food outside the hotel.

Gym could have been open late at night - we're all adults, and we know how to use it without supervision.

Good location, quiet environment and well isolated rooms with comfortable beds.

The rooms have not been updated recently so the rug looks stained, the deskchair was broken, and the furniture all looked worn-out. The AC unit is quite noisy. The staff was not so professional so checking out really took ages.
