Modern, beautiful, comfortable. Sparkling clean. I wish I had more time to really enjoy this place as it was very nice.
We had a toddler with us and he loved looking at the sheep in the paddock.

The property is immaculate and finished to a high spec. It is a short drive to Havelock North (5mins), however because it is located on a good size private section complete with a nice outdoor area, you get the feeling you are out in the country and away from the middle of town. Would highly recommend for families or groups that would like a base to explore the Hawkes Bay.

I have mobility issues and there are two accessibility issues.
1. The front deck is too high for an elderly person and needs both a step up to it and a hand rail - that’s probably also true of the back deck.
2. It would be great to have a hand rail in the ensuite shower
I think Dunray Cottage should make these changes and advertise itself as an accessible property.
If the changes are not made it should alert potential guests to the need to be able to deal with the high step-up required for the decks.
