Good location, clean, tidy, cheap & cheerful 😁 WiFi good

The beds were clean and comfy, full kitchen use (draw was broke in kitchen but not an issue) local shop, cafe, barbers and a pub in the same street. Quiet building - slept really well - the WiFi was good as well, I don’t understand the bad reviews, you get what you pay for - the apartment is spacious and has what you need.

Our stay was fine, no issues could do with a touch up of paint, new toilet seat and fix the broken cupboard in the kitchen - all very minor

The smell of weed, the damp walls, dirty windows you could barely see through. Single bed in living area and no tv! Nothing like the apartment advertised. We had to book alternative accommodation and the owners will not refund

Kitchen and living area was nice

Cobwebs everywhere and dust too. Cleaners need to be addressed in my opinion. Bed in main room was wobbling and there were baby spiders on the sheet.

Very good location, decent shop & takeaways - train station 5min walk.

WARNING!! If you are under 25 they will charge you an extra £150 deposit which they only asked for the day before you travel. It is claimed to be reimbursed on check out but something to be aware of as i didn’t see this noted anywhere when I booked.

Passable/wouldn't stay again

On the day of arrival was told i couldn't stay for the second night I'd booked. I've asked for a refund but not received confirmation of this. Had book elsewhere so out of pocket. Cleanliness, skirting boards, carpets and overall smell (musty odour). Blackout curtains would have been nice.

Don't stay dirty smelly

The place dirty smelled of curry ....wee stained beds ...cooker covered in greese and burnt food ...freezer had something pink all over the bottom fridge smelly and dirty ...tv would stay on and free parking according to owner was dump on street some were at Owen risk ...this is bed sit when not used as holiday let ...bathroom got mold around edge bath it's the pitts we didn't stay we had drive 20mile to travel lodge ...now waiting for you booking. Com to pay back in full when you finally expect we didn't stay thier ....so other travellers please read this stay well clear unless you used stay 3rd world country dive ....it's disgusting totally 😒 😑 😤

Not what you expect , wouldn’t recommend it

It was dirty , alothough charged a cleaning fee ! It smelt fusty , I went out and brought smelly candles , antibacterial wipes and air fresheners. The price was cheap but there are others around that price in better condition.

DONT BOTHER

Waited over an hour for 2nd apartment to become available, Booked for a family of 2 and a family of 3 two apartments, no bedding provided for 3rd person of family of 3, had to go and buy duvet and cover, sheet pillows and cases. Futon past its sell by date which you had to put cushions under off the disgusting sofa to make comfortable on the floor, kitchen cupboards inside and out dirty, floors dirty, tables dirty, windows dirty. Buzy Road with double yellow lines at the front of property NO FREE PARKING until àfter 18hrs area dirty run down and felt unsafe at night.

No internet, no WiFi, no TV as it only has Netflix and with no internet it’s no good. Left after 3 hours.

Location and it was clean

No WiFi, internet or TV and got fobbed off for 3 hours about the internet. I left in the end because they never sorted anything. The so-called Internet was a sky box outside the door of another apartment that I had to try and sort which as a guest you shouldn’t have to. No communication unless you keep asking and again as I said you get fobbed off

There was very little privacy as there was only one curtain in each room, no blinds overlooking a main through road, bathroom had frosted glass but NO blinds overlooking!

Nothing it was very poor I had problems with the doors there was rubbish under the sofa pillows there was rubbish and dirty underwear under the bed the sheets weren’t clean either very disappointing and not suitable for a weeks stay the shower is also stuck on either freezing cold or boiling hot no in the middle and not supplied with enough toiletries there was also lots of rubbish bins outside the door on arrival blocking entry to the flat

Worst place I’ve ever stayed - do not waste your money!

Nothing it was awful.

We could not get into the property and when we contacted the property they started to ignore our calls back. We had to buzz all other property’s to get help to let us in. They were not bothered in helping us. When we arrived the bedroom window was wide open, it was a big window and we then came to realise this was because it was broken. The boiler also did not work we had no heating or hot water we again got a few messages to tell US to try and fix it ! And they’d send someone to look after we left the property. Yeah very helpful. There was rubbish left in the bedside draw and cobwebs. Actually this a shame as it could be a nice stay but clearly the owners do not care just want your money and will knowingly let it out knowing the window and boiler is broke. I felt unsafe with the window wide open and cold. We could not shower. I would n out recommend to anyone, I contacted to get a refund and I am totally blanked (shock) and booking.com are just as helpful.

Nothing - this place is truly dire. Felt like a crack den.

Host was incompetent. Had to chase repeatedly for lock box code and waited outside property for half an hour to get in. There was dirty laundry piled up on the floor outside my room. The room stank of stale cigarette smoke. There were no pillows. It felt and looked like a crack den. Awful place. I could not stay and had to find somewhere else. It was that bad. Avoid.

Bit expensive for what you get!

I liked that it had everything you needed and it was close to shops and train station

The price! And the TV Internet was rubbish so tv buffered every 5 mins (no aireal for standard channels so only had netflix) until I moved it closer to the front door so after a little rearrange of furniture all was OK. Also as I walked up the stairs I was greeted with 2 piles of what must of been dirty linin and a hoover I had to step over if this wasn't there the entrance would of looked lovely.

Due to incredibly poor planning on the part of the property owner when we arrived at the property, we were locked out. After waiting almost 3 hours to get in, we found the property in a disgusting state, full bin bag in the living room, dirty bed sheets and towels, and filthy bathroom, the bath/shower was full of hairs and mould The whole apartment was disgusting and smelt like smoke.

The flats is nice

the flat upon reaching a steep staircase, full of bags of clothes, I don't know if they are clean or dirty, when you enter the second door, more bags and things piled up, wardrobes, mirrors, full of junk

Disappointing

There was a nearly empty toilet roll on arrival this was left for our stay of two nights! The apartment smelt, there were cobwebs everywhere, the toilet seat is broken, the windows are terrible! For the price that we paid for 2 nights it was very very unreasonable! We spent as little time as possible in the apartment which is very disappointing.

Safe place to sleep.

Very good As a last minute booking it's late at night it was easy to book and a safe place to stay for a few hours. Provides tea and coffee

Near impossible to fine the local, very hot room, struggle to close bathroom door. Great have tea and coffee but no milk. (Not even ones like I'm hotals that dont need to be kept cold) so after a day at Bristol hospital all day we could even have a drink.
