About this apartment rental
Adorable condo in a historic building right off Broughton Street. Steps from Leopold's ice cream and fine dining, shopping, bars and museums! Two bedrooms each with a King size bed.
Parking is either in public parking garages or on the public street. Metered street spots can be paid for via the Park Savannah App or getting a Day Pass from the City parking services office. Sundays are free on the street.
Guests please note: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. The location of this building is the best. We loved the layout of the apartment as well. The beds were extremely comfortable. I will warn people that due to the location of the apartment in the building (ground floor) most of the windows are street level so you will hear lots of noise from the street but we didn’t mind. The apartment was also very clean. We would definitely like to stay here again in the future.
