Tout ! L'emplacement, l'agencement de l'appartement, les équipements, le confort, la place de parking attitrée dans la résidence, la vue, sans oublier l'accueil de l'hôte !

Emplacement bien situé entre les etangs, le canal et la mer.
Appt situé au 3 eme étage non indiqué ds l' annonce. Voisine du 2 ème "bizarre" qui vient à plusieurs reprises toquer à la porte pour avoir du feu ou accuser notre fils (qui n existe pas) de lui avoir volé ses lunettes !
