40 m² semi-detached cottage in a beachfront condominium with direct beach access and a private parking space.

First floor: a very well-equipped kitchen with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, TV, etc.; living room with a convertible sofa bed; and a terrace with a grill (Plancha) and an outdoor shower.
Upstairs: bathroom (shower and toilet), 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a 140-cm bed and 2 single bunk beds.
Pets not allowed.
Tourist tax to be paid according to current rates.
Located by the sea in Frontignan-Plage, close to all amenities: bakery, bars, mini-market, ice cream shops, restaurants, and bike rentals.
13 km from Balaruc-les-Bains and 8 km from Sète (bus stop 200 m from the house). You can also enjoy the very Provençal market in Frontignan
. Don’t miss the beautiful walks through the Bois des Aréquiers or along the beach. A bike path winds around the many ponds, and you can explore the wine route to discover Muscat wine or sample oysters at numerous oyster farms.

La petite maison est très mignonne, bien équipée, l’endroit est tellement proche de la mer qu’on est bercé par les vagues. Très tranquille et la région est splendide !! Merci beaucoup pour cette escapade d’automne au soleil .

Beaucoup d ustensile de cuisine dont on n a pas forcément l utilité.
Par contre il manque ds petites cuillères.
La télé ne fonctionne pas toujours correctement..
