Obiekt położony w dobrej lokalizacji. W budynku cisza i spokój, dostępna widna. Mieszkanie wysprzątane i przygotowane na określoną liczbę gości. Dobrze działające wifi.
Drzwi balkonowe ciężko się otwierają a żaluzji nie da się podnieść. Ogólnie standard bardzo skromny, dodatkowo na klatce schodowej panuje nieprzyjemny zapach. Gospodarz wymaga zbyt szczegółowej weryfikacji po dokonaniu rezerwacji.
