One Bed Serviced Apartment near South Bank by MySquare

We were very pleased with our accommodation. There were three of us, two adults and a baby. They gave us a baby bed as we requested for the baby. It was very good and comfortable, the baby slept very well, just like at home. The location is very central, there is access to everywhere, we received the key immediately and we were able to enter the apartment very early, the cleaning of the apartment was very good, they even changed the towels immediately when we requested. Communication was problem-free, when you call, you can reach them immediately, when you send a message, they answer within 5 minutes, we are very pleased, when we come to London again, we will probably stay here again. When I read the comments, I was skeptical about a few small criticisms at first, but after staying and experiencing it myself, I will definitely give it a ten out of ten

It would have been great if they had said that when opening the door, the bottom lock was turned to one side and the top lock to the other side. We had to work a little for that, other than that, everything was great.

AFTER non-refundable reservation was completed, received message from the staff asking for £500 deposit. No where was it written prior to completing the non-refundable reservation. That was the first shock with many more to follow. Outdated cot and mattress (developed back ache), outdated sofas, missing furniture and display items (in comparison to the images), bathroom exhaust fan not working from the day we checked in till the day we checked out (although staff and service personnel visited couple of times), etc. At times of warm weather conditions, be prepared to sweat it out because this apartment does not have air conditioning unit. They charge you extra for an air conditioning unit if you need one. For real 😳.
