ACHTUNG - KEIN MEERBLICK !!! Auch von den oberen Etagen nicht! Die Lage zum Strand, zur Promenade und vor allem die Ruhe.
Vorsicht! Vortäuschung falscher Tatsachen!!! Wir hatten zuerst ein Appartement im Erdgeschoss mit Poolblick gebucht und uns dann auf Grund der tollen Fotos überlegt, ein Appartement mit Meerblick zu nehmen. Also haben wir umgebucht und einen Aufpreis bezahlt und uns vor allem auf den Meerblick gefreut. Buchung Anfang April 2026 1. Buchung: 4 Tage = 295 € im Erdgeschoss mit Poolblick 2. Buchung: 4 Tage = 400 € im 1. Geschoß MIT MEERBLICK!!! Also zusätzlich 105 € Aufpreis Ich habe im Vorfeld extra die Eigentümerin per E-Mail kontaktiert und um ein Appartement mit gutem Meerblick gebeten. Bei unserer Ankunft waren wir extrem enttäuscht, da wir lediglich einen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne bekommen haben. Ein Wechsel in ein anderes Appartement war nicht möglich, obwohl wir die einzigsten Gäste und alle Appartements frei waren! Auch auf den Vorschlag, uns finanziell etwas entgegenzukommen ist die Eigentümerin nicht eingegangen. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und können das Verhalten der Eigentümerin nicht verstehen.
