Ratings and reviews

The apartment was extremely well furnished and comfortable. Ideally located within the complex for the pool and restaurant. Easy walk to Luz beach and seafront restaurants and bars.
We were very pleased with the apartment and would have scored 10, except for a few niggles:
- There was an initial mix up with the keys which were supplied for a different apartment.
- The refrigerator froze everything solid.
- No Towels were provided and this had to be chased; luckily we did this before the office closed.
- Main bedroom lighting switch did not work and there was a broken switch/socket in the bathroom

Key pick up was atrocious . WE were e-mailed to drive to Lagos , given two locations when all the time the keys were at the reception at the resort . Took nearly an hour for someone to answer the phone by which time we were panicking that we would have nowhere to stay that night . Yes someone had tried to call us while we were midflight but when we tried to return call no- one answered

Lovely apartments, great location.
Check in could have been smoother and the beds weren’t the best, too firm.

Location was good. Apartment didn’t live up to the photos we saw when we booked it. No change of towels so constantly having to wash them. Someone needs to do a check on kitchen equipment too! No wine glasses, 2 t spoons, 3 desert spoons, 9 plates, 2 bowls. No coasters or table mats!
No change of towels and random kitchen equipment! Overall not best apartment we have rented there!
