La ubicación del apartamento es magnífica, junto a la playa, en una zona tranquila. La casa es amplia y bonita, una de las típicas rayadas de esa zona. Salvo horas punta, hay aparcamiento disponible en las calles
Los cuartos de baño no estaban limpios y necesitan además una reforma. Nuestro apartamento estaba a nivel de calle, y los amplios ventanales permiten ver (incluso acceder) al interior desde fuera.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la vue et la proximité avec la mer. La résidence est calme et l’on peut se garer gratuitement sur le parking publique devant la location. L’établissement est très propre et sent très bon

Localização tranquila perto de lindas praias e da ria, algum comércio local próximo é muito perto de Aveiro 10minutos de carro . A casa tinha uma lareira que pudemos usar e no frio do inverno soube muito bem! Também aceitam animais de estimação e tem um belo terraço fechado por trás! Gostamos imenso e se voltar a Aveiro ficarei novamente na casa da Costa ! Obrigado por tudo 🤙

Very spacious apartment, in great location.
It's badly in need of an overhaul. Lick of paint, back yard cleaned. Pots & pans replaced, or at least clean. Found some really grimy pots in press 😕 Plumbing in bathroom needs to be sorted, as water takes forever to drain. And, though this is not the Airbnbs fault, very VERY noisy neighbours...walls paper thin...hear everything from next door. So annoying 😑
