Absolutely perfect

We stayed four nights at Villa Fortis and it was a perfect holiday. Isabela and Silvio are two amazing, friendly people, who care about their guests and they made us feel like home. The property itself is on a great location. Old Town is a 15 minute walk or a short, 5€ boat trip away. There are many beaches around, and the closest one is just across the street. Private parking is available for all rooms. There is also an outdoor pool at the property.

Gorgeous contemporary building and accommodations. Silvio and Isabella are amazing hosts. Breakfast was delicious. Several nice beaches within close proximity. We hope to return!

Best accommodation that you can have in Trogir!

The condition of the property is excellent! Everything is new and well maintained. The entire property is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is freshly served every morning and with all you need. Coffee is at your discretion for free the entire day Private parking in front of the accommodation; when I say private, I mean that you have your unique parking spot that is accessible via remote control, every room having it's own separate parking. The beach is in front of the accommodation and also in front is the water taxi that takes you to the city center, every hour. The private pool is immaculate. Rooms are new, clean and spacious, we were welcomed with the room minifridge full of complementary drinks; the entire accommodation is quiet, nobody yelling or making noise in the night. Izabela and Silvio are fantastic, they will welcome you with a big smile!

Excellent and relaxing.

Excellent, relaxing stay at Villa Fortis. Izabela & Silvio are fantastic hosts who really look after their guests! Our room was lovely and had an amazing balcony with sea views. The pool area was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast has lots of choice and was delicious, we didn’t need lunch after it! The location is in a nice quiet area with beaches close by and is a short 15/20 min walk into Trogir. We will definitely be back!

Experienced travellers rate Villa Fortis a perfect "10"

Exceptional facilities, exceptional hosts. We just completed a 7 week European tour where we stayed in 17 different accommodations. Villa Fortis was one of our absolute favorites. The hosts Sylvio and Izabela have put so much time and love into creating their warm and inviting B and B. The breakfasts were better than any restaurant food we ate. The rooms were impeccably clean and well decorated. The location across street from a nice beach was perfect for us. Quick walk to small grocery store, several small restaurants, and ferry to Trogir old town.

Not a negative, but guests to Trogir should be aware that the Split airport is quite close and you will watch planes coming in for landing. We quite enjoyed that.

Can only repeat the other reviews . This is an excellent place to stay it is exceptionally clean , smart and modern with a really nice pool area , The villa is within easy reach of a few beaches and places to eat and there is water taxi across the road to take you into Trogir . The owners Isabela and Silvio are really friendly and helpful , nothing is to much trouble to make you feel welcome , cant recommend enough. Breakfast is also excellent

A Real Find

We liked everything about this property. It was luxurious, exceptionally clean and the hosts were really pleasant and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was lovely with a great sea view and the breakfast was excellent. The property is well placed for local beaches and access to Trogir town, which is accessed via a ferry that runs from a jetty 200m from the hotel door, from early until late.

nice and warm welcome in a great place to stay!

The hosts were so friendly and helpful. they gave pointers for nice restaurants. The free coffee is a nice plus! Breakfast was magnificent: great variety of bread, eggs, fruit and cereals. even local pastry! we enjoyed our big balcony and the pool! Also private personal parking! a great place to stay for a few nights with a water taxi to Trogir across the street. Thanks for your nice welkome Silvio and Izabela! Robin and Lina

it was perfect for the short stay we needed after spending a week on a gulet cruise

Everything is brand new and top quality. shortage of restaurants in the area might have been a problem but the ferry to Trogir is only 50m away so this was not a problem. Silvio and Izabella were fantastic hosts.

Excellent Stay in this newly built beautifully done Villa

The whole property from the front of the driveway all the way to the end of the swimming pool was absolutely immaculate. The owners makes a big effort to keep it in tip-top condition every day and make your stay as best as possible. Every single corner in Villa is spotless and faultless. Fine touches quality materials and brands throughout the hole place including the swimming pool and outside shower. The breakfast is superb with everything and more you can possibly think. It's certainly worth every penny as it was amazing stay in fact it was one of the best. Thank You for everything we will be back.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. We could have breakfast at any time and we could make coffee at any time of the day. The surroundings of the hotel were nice, the beach is smaller but we always found a free place. There are many restaurants nearby.

Merveilleuse trouvaille à Trogir. Un

Un logement sublime. La chambre, spacieuse, avait un balcon avec vue mer. Une piscine est à la disposition des voyageurs. Magnifique salle de bains avec grande douche et une panoplie de produits adéquats. Silvio et Isabella sont très souriants, accueillants, d'une extrême gentillesse. Un petit déjeuner d'une grande variété, on ne risque pas de mourir de faim. Très bon choix à 4kms du centre de Trogir.

Csodálatos 5 napot töltöttünk el ebben a mindent kielégítő tényleg 4* os szálláshelyen. A szállás gyönyörű a medence csodás, a reggeli bőséges. A hàzigazdág nagyon barátságosak! Szuper hely,kedves tulajdonosokkal.

A szállás nagyon jó helyen van saját, privát parkolóval. Egy kisebb strand a szállással közvetlenül szemben található, ahogyan a vízi taxi kikötő is . A Copacabana strand kb. 5 perc séta. A közelben élelmiszer bolt és étterem is található. Izabela&Silvio nagyon udvarias és kedves a vendégekkel. Mindenhol extra tisztaság van.Modern ,otthonos berendezés ami minden igényt kielégít. A szobánkhoz hatalmas , tengerre néző erkély is tartozott , napozóágyakkal, pihenősarokkal. A reggeli nagyon finom, változatos és bőséges volt.

Das Hotel hält was es verspricht!

Das Hotel war super! Die Einrichtung sehr modern und Top! Der kleine aber feine Pool passt als Ergänzung zum Meer perfekt. Das Ehepaar ist äußert nett und freundlich! Das Frühstück erfüllt alle Wünsche! Obwohl nur mit Frühstück gebucht, war die Kaffeemaschine am Nachmittag für uns Gäste eingeschaltet! Zusätzliche Anmerkung die nichts mit dem Quartier zu tun hat: Das Taxiboot nach Trogir war 5 min. vom Hotel entfernt und pünktlich wie auf der Tafel angegeben Preis: 5,- pro Person für die einfache Fahrt

Wer sich Ruhe wünscht, empfehle ich ein anderes Objekt. Die Straße vor dem Hotel war zu unserer Buchungszeit (Juni) doch mehr frequentiert als wir erwartet hatten. Zusätzliche Anmerkung die nichts mit dem Quartier zu tun hat: Leider gab es von diesem Stadtteil keinen sicheren Gehweg nach Trogir. Was wir sehr schade fanden. Die Nachbargemeinde Okrug hingegen hat ab der Ortstafel einen wunderbaren breiten Gehweg bis ins Zentrum gebaut. Für die Stadt Trogir scheint dieser Stadtteil ein Stiefkind zu sein. Das Taxiboot ist zwar nett und fährt pünktlich wie auf der Tafel angezeigt, jedoch auch nicht gerade günstig, wenn man öfters in die Stadt fahren möchte (2 Personen -> Hin- und Rückfahrt 20,-)

De ligging, ook silvio en izabella de hosts waren heel behulpzaam en altijd vrolijk en het was er heel stil en rustig op straat

Ystävällinen henkilökunta, hyvä aamupala ja kaikkialla oli siistiä. Kahvia sai hakea automaatista milloin tahansa. Mukava pieni uima-allasalue. Trogirin vanhaan kaupunkiin pääsee kätevästi veneellä joka lähtee tunnin välein tien toiselta puolelta rannasta. Kävelymatka on 1.5km ja meillä meni 22 minuuttia kävellä.
