The apartment was as advertised, with two double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for our party of two couples. Close to Tofane lift and short walk into dining/shopping area downtown. BIggest drawback was Olympics construction at the ice arena immediately next to the property, which was noisy until after 18:00. In fairness, the host informed us of this, but so close to our rental date that we could not find another suitable property. The adjacent apartment was also being renovated, so there were construction workers on site daily, something we learned we when arrived. One reason we chose the property was the large deck that would get afternoon/evening sun, but another major problem was the absence of the umbrella shown in the listing, as the sun was so intense that we could not enjoy sitting on the deck during the afternoon. The host said the umbrella had been damaged by previous tenants but was unable to provide a replacement. There were a few things that needed maintenance, I'll let the host know about them.

Great place that is easily walkable to the center.

Very clean and comfortable. Bedrooms and baths a little smaller than we anticipated, but nicely decorated and equipped. Nice walk into Cortina. Hockey/Ice rink next door could be a little noisy at times. Our only issue was the terrace. We were somewhat surprised to look out at multiple planter boxes on the rail that were filled with dry brown evergreen branches, obviously from Christmas?Winter? Gave a feeling of neglect. The other issue which we think is a serious one is the outdoor terrace rugs. They look attractive, but do not lay flat, curling at some of the edges and presenting a trip hazard. One of us tripped and almost fell. Hopefully the owner can resolve these issues as it is a very pleasant place to stay
