Très bien situé, parking privé pour la voiture, La propreté et le confort de la literie et de la salle de bains, Le gentillesse de la propriétaire, La loggia avec petite vue sur la mer.
L'équipement : manque un grille-pain, nombre très limité de couverts, verres, etc..
