Cozy Darlington home.
The property is well-appointed with just about everything you need. Comfy beds, fluffy towels, a good shower and a pleasant, workable kitchen. There are tea and coffee, sugar and milk provided, and some biscuits which is a nice touch. All the usual kitchen appliances, plus washing machine. Clothes Horse if you need it.The living room is very comfortable and cozy, and has a large tv, with popular streaming services. Wifi great. There is a dining room with a good sized table. It's situated in a quiet road with parking right outside. Access was very easy via key box. A short drive into Darlington town centre, or 25 to 30 minute walk. Train station about 20 minute walk away. Communication with owners re booking and access great.
Outside space was bare. The bathroom could have done with a few hooks for towels, etc, and a toilet brush. Salt and pepper lacking in the kitchen. The windows only open about 2 or 3 inches, which could be a problem in the summer.

Schoon en comfortabel. Parkeren voor het huis was geen probleem. Rustige buurt.
De kraan van de wastafel in de badkamer mag wel vernieuwd worden. Zit onder de kalk en lekt behoorlijk bij gebruik. Ook zouden instructies wat betreft de verwarming op z'n plaats zijn. Je dient de verwarming te regelen (eerst aanzetten anders heb je ook een koude douche) bij de boiler zelf. Eėn verwarming zit achter de bank waar je niet bij kunt en de andere verwarming heeft een knop die niks doet. En waarom staan de internetcodes op een klein kaartje die ik bij toeval aantrof onder de tv tafel op de grond.
